    create a Sitemap.xml and submit to google webmaster tool. Do social bookmarking, forum posting with your signature and your site will be index soon.

    Before you even think of submitting your sitemap, building links or doing anything similar to that - make sure you have content published! At least 5 pages of unique content should be enough for Google to index your website.
