FOr example start new project

- How may people involve ?

- What type of people they are ?

- What type of role they have?

- They set any deadline ?

i want to know how they manage entire things ?

Let say google + then how they manage

 

it's hard to tell what they exactly do, especially when talking about such unique company but I can assume they create a team specifically for market analysing and other technical stuff , then they meet up for brainstorming and finally make a roadmap

Obviously they will keep it secret until they have taken some precautions like patent filing, intellectual property rights etc. However, they will not be telling it out until they do have enough work done with the project.
