    There is recently Google PR update, this month. Just noticed some sites PR increased. However, I'm not quite sure when was that.

    All updation concern to Google algorithum is never fixed.

    So best thing is not to worry about such thing like PR updation, SERP, Algorithum changes, indexing etc...
    The only thing is concentratred more is to work hard and genuinely and when the time comes Google automatically notice you, comes to you and gives that what you want or for what you are working hard.
