I want to know when Google change the page rank of the website. any time or duration is available or not
Google is constantly assessing the number of backlinks that a website has. They typically only update the PageRank toolbar once per quarter.

They do not update PageRank on any particular day, at any particular time, or for any particular reason. They are completely periodic and usually unpredictable.
The update for the inner pages had already started from last week of June. Now only the homepage and the official announcement of pagerank update is remaining, which might happen anytime from now to the end of July.
According to my observation since the last few years, in the summer times PR updates take more than 3 months. For example in the 2009 summer the update took around 5 months if I don't remember falsely. But between december and march the updates tend to be more frequent, 1-2 month.
From Jim4767 On the one hand, that's a very good point--true also. People talk about having a PR 4 website, when they really mean that their website has a homepage with a PR of 4. On the other hand, SEO Moz, has shown that the blog's homepage PR is actually a pretty good proxy for the website itself.
