When Google bans you from Adsense, do the advertisers get their money back?

With so many people who break the rules getting banned, does Google just pocket that money or do the advertisers get their money back?

What happens to the $95 he had? Google keep it or does it get credited back?

 

Atleast thats what google says that its given back..

 

I doubt they'd give it back, I mean the advertiser still got the lead so I bet it's just more $ for Google
