Amazon pays at the end of every month. For example, you earned $198 in January, then you'll receive the check of $198 in the first week of March.

Amazon pays every 14 days directly to your US bank checking account. Refer to Selling on Amazon section, click "Top Questions" and see "How do I get paid?" entry.
