Hi, I use link exchange and one way links too, it seems that link exchange is easier to get than one way links, however how many link exchanges is considered to be too much or excessive? is it by the number of exchanges? or by the time it (i.e. aggressive link exchange in short time) I don't want to get banned from Google for that reason. thanks in advance.
don't go for quantity in short period of time, make it looks like organic process.. also, the quality is more important than quantity. I would suggest to be careful with reciprocal links as sites you're linking to may become penalized for some reason in a future by SE and it will affect your site
