when etoro would pay ?

    i want to ask about etoro affiliate progam as they have not pay me because i hadnot given them my payment details but since three weeks i gave them my payment details and they didnot send my my money on my moneybokers account
    i am asking when they regularly send money as some one told me that they pay at the first two weeks of every month but nothing was sent
