Ok, well I see the great power of bum marketing but have two rejected articles now from ezinearticles.com. Can I just put something like "to find out more about this product CLICK HERE" with "CLICK HERE" being my clickbank hoplink in my author bio section? If not can I use say squidoo as a link, and then have my hoplink on my squidoo page or even redirect it? I think ezinearticles is the best place to submit to and has the most power, so I do want to use them. Also has anyone had any success writing articles that are say informative about your product, but then say to find out more check my author bio section? Thanks
you mean I should build backlinks for my website? I do not have a website right now though and no paypal money. Im just trying to figure out how to link my affliate sales page to ezinearticles.com.
Yeah, that would be a much better idea. It doesnt have to cost much to get started blogging, get a shared hosting account which costs a few dollars per month and register a .info
but, I cannot directly link a hoplink to ezinearticles any way at all? also, I know goarticles.com allows the links, are they as good for bum marketing as ezinearticles.com? well if I use say blogger.com for my link and it has my clickbank hoplink on it, lets say im selling nike shows for example. So my ezinearticle.com is about nike shoes, now I say for more information "click here" and that is my link to blogger.com and my blooger.com page is my landing page right? On my blogger.com page I have some more info and try to get them to click to my hoplink page, but wouldnt this lead to a lower conversion possibly since they have to click so many links? Has anyone tried this method? Thanks
that's the most retarded statement of the year. second off. Question?: I'm sure you can use squidoo on ezinearticles.com i mean if you can link to opt-in form sites from squidoo, and if you can advertise your own personal commercial website...then you should be able to use a squidoo. I checked the rules on this, and no where did it say that you can't use squidoo. if you do find a rule saying it, then just sign up with wordpress or blogger, and set up a sales page. and here's something to consider. straight from ezinearticles themself EzineArticles.com Editorial Guidelines: (AFFILIATE PROGRAMS) Affiliate links will be allowed if the link is a domain name you own which forward/redirects to the affiliate link from the top-level of the domain name. For example, it is permissible to forward to an affiliate link from: http://your-company-name.com/ ...but it would not be permissible to forward to an affiliate link from: http://your-company-name.com/page.html http://your-company-name.com/subdirectory/ http://your-company-name.com/subdirectory/page.html http://sub-domain.your-company-name.com/ Any article with an affiliate link that does not adhere to this guideline will cause the article to be rejected.
No, not about backlink. Bum marketing is about send your reader to product you promote it through affiliate. But since ezinearticle knows this trick and reject to approve article with affiliate link directly then this method is not great as it used before.
I wouldn't put "click here" as my anchor text unless you want to competete with Adobe. I don't know if it's just me but in fact i have more success (read: i make more sales) by sending my visitors directly to the affiliate sales page then sending them to my blogs or website. Just buy a domain name and forward your domain to the sales page. At this moment ezinearticles is the only article directory I use.
so frederick, I should use a .net domain name in my ezine article and then when they click the domain it redirects to my affliate sales page? Or should I just use blogger.com, couldnt I redirect with a blogger.com page? Thanks
yeah i'm pretty sure you can do this. It would be kind of pointless for ezinearticle to state, you can use a redirect domain but you can't direct to a blog or squidoo. you can redirect to a squidoo. As well as a blog, I've done it before, and I've seen it done by other people. So go ahead with your article marketing campaign! wish you the best
thanks man, I actually got hosting for a website domain now! I have it set up to redirect to my hoplink, like when I write a article it goes something like this: "How to train a dog, training a dog can be stressful for the owner and the pet. But the truth is there is a easy way to train dogs. Here are some tips on training your dog easily: ex1 ex2 ex3 etc I hope this helps, if you want to find out more information you can CLICK HERE" Thats a example af an atricle (real ones better of course and longer) but where I put the click here it goes to my top level domain website and redirects to my hoplink, can I do this with ezinearticles.com? Does the click here method work well? I just want to know if I can do this on ezine articles or is it against the rules, I also put something similiar in my bio box that says click here. Thanks
ezinearticles does not like affiliate links in their articles. get your own site about whatever you are trying to market. send your clicks there - and then from there to your clickbank product. if you make a good site - you can actually increase your conversions by a large margin by doing this. plus you gain the possibility (very important) of showing up in the search engines. you shouldn't really be doing articles just for the traffic. any traffic you get from articles is a bonus. articles are mostly for back links.
Articles are mostly for back links if you submit them to hundreds of article directories. On the other hand I have gotten a decent amount of traffic from directories like Ezinearticles.com It's all about writing your resource box in a way to entice the visitor to click.
