Now that we have a penguin update which targets over-optimized websites, how do we stay on the safe side? To do that we need have a distinct and lucid idea on when does optimization become over-optimization? Does anyone have a clear idea on this aspect? (apart from the fact that adding spammy links is considered as an over-optimization).
