    Depends on the TLD, .info domains are available earlier than .com, .net and .org

    It also depends on what stage the domain is in (pending delete, redemption hold, etc.)

    The domain become available to re-register once it goes to PENDINGDELETE status and remain 5 days.

    It means domain has expired and it is under suspension. This will be deleted after standard 40 days and will be available afresh for new registration.

    You have laso to take in consideration that the registrar may keep the domain in order to park it if the domain did had some good traffic.It is hard to get a good domain from the expired one but is not imposible
