When does Amazon issue payment?

What part of the month does Amazon issue its payments?

 

if you reach your threshold set into your account in one month, amazon will issue payments at the end of next month.
for example your earnings for February will be paid in late March.
For November and December you will have to wait 2 months.

I have direct deposit and usually have my payment by the 26th or 27th of the month.

 

Can some one tell me hows bank deposit works? does amazon offering bank deposit only for US Residence or also out side US?
