When Does a Domain Fully Expire?

    I am watching a domain that has an expiration date of mid September. I thought it would only stay there for 30 days. It's been longer than that. How much longer do I have to wait before I can register it?

    Before being available goes through these phases:
    On Hold (1-45 days)
    Redemption Grace Period (30 days)
    Deletion (5 days)

    So may be more than 2 months since the domain expires.

    Oh crap, I was thinking since it was in the RPG, it had 30 days to go from the date, but I forgot the date was before the on hold phase....this sucks. I want the domain now.
