These days I go to bed after 3-4 am! it's my habit now I can't go to bed before than 3 how about you?
Usually between 1am - 4am, my problem is no matter what time I go I'm usually back up around 7am - 8am and if I do go to bed earlier I'm up around 5am.
For me in between 11.00 to 11.30 pm now a days (previously 1 to 1.30 am). Now i follow below given statement. Early to Bed - Early to Rise DON.
Depends, usually it takes me a long time. Way too much on my mind, then when I sleep I have similar thoughts but in a different, more real way, then when I wake up I have them again but starting all over in another different way.
between 12 and 1AM, cuz I need to be up at 7:30 so I need a minimum 6-7 hours of sleep... 8 hours on the week-end
I usually go to sleep at around 2AM and get up at around 12PM. I've been watching Oz every night before I go to sleep and I have to stay up for that
1 AM ish now. Used to be like you and 3 AM I hope to get back to sleeping at 10:00 PM and waking up at 6 AM one day.
I usually go to bed around 11-12 in the night.. but at times it varies.. Although wake up time never changes.. it is always 5am in the morning!!
