when do you submit to the new directories on dp?

    just wondering if you are waiting to the end of the month to see the sticky thread on dp and than submit to all the list. or browse here daily and submit to the new directories?

    If I have a new SEO client, I will generally do a little of both. It's less work to submit to the list, but the directories in new posts often are more responsive in listing your site.

    If you have the time then submitting to them when they are first announced would be best.

    I don't waste my time on them - haven't seen one lately that's really worth the effort. Nothing but hyperlink landfills.

    As new lists are placed at the top so it would be better to search for them and submit to them while they are "hot", then when the facade fades away who is going to notice you apart from the crawler of the search engines.
