hey guys when do u start linkbuilding? is it safe to start to get links on your site in the first week of it's existance?
I will give you an example. I have a domain which is hosted by the company that sold the domain to me. It has nothing on it - no content, no description, no title, just nothing. They've provided their own DNS servers. I keep it because the name is great and I am planning to start this project very soon. It has around 7 do follow links that point to the their company. I started experimenting - registered the domain to a couple of directories and social bookmarking sites (low quality ones because there is nothing running on the site). On the last PR update I got PR1 This will probably help me a lot when I start developing my project. I've actually started the link building before the website is up!
If your website is so baby then do not make back links in bulk. Try to avoid reciprocal links. Always get natural links.
Immediately. Link building is the most lucrative way to introduce your site to others and advance in Google search. also, After Penguin, the saying "Fewer but Better" is definitely very very important to keep in mind. Don't think quantity. Instead, focus on quality and credibility. It may behoove you to research AMERICAN STYLE SEO sites and news letters on-line.
Start with submission process e.g directory submission and article submission. Slow Link building will help you to avoid the penalization from Google. For newly launch website is mandatory to having link building process slow.
Just be sure that your site is already crawlable and onsite review were all done. We don't want to miss that link juices pointing to a dead URL..
Why not if your site has been started and have good content, start with On page SEO and then start Link Building. Good Luck.
It must be done once ur site is ready so that u can see the response and traffic based on our content once it is good the start it.
You know in SEO there are phases i.e. onpage and offpage. So first complete your onpage activities like keyword research, title, description etc. After completing onpage you can go for offpage activities i.e. link building
if you start link building first start directory and social book marking and micro blogging is best.......
You should realistically start link building as soon as you have enough content on the site to really call it a site. The site doesn't have to be completed by any means, because by the time you complete its design, it'll probably still be buried in the SERPs anyway! Might as well get a head start.
