When do you register a company to incorporate your web business?

    Most freelancers or web businessmen start out as sole proprietors. When your business takes off, at which point and what revenue would you start incorporating your web business as a liimited company? :)

    I incorporating my company when i start hire more than 10 worker work for me.

    Exactly.

    For me, I did it right out of the gate. I wanted to make sure I was protected in regards to liability and have my personal and business checking accounts separate. I also wanted to make sure, for tax purposes, things were very easy and divided. This would keep things nice and clean in regards to taxes and liability. Which is what a lawyer, and CPA, would tell you to do in regards to C.Y.A..
