4.45am awake, then yoga and meditation - gives so much energy.... great way to start day. In Ayurveda it is said once you go past 6.30am it becomes more and more difficult to get up and going....
If I need to get something done I get up around 10:30am but if its just another lazy day I sleep till like 1Pm but I stay up till like 5am so that has to count for something.
ya, usually i get up at 7:30pm and them 8:30pm to take bus to be office and then we starts working every week day at 9:00pm.. every day likes the same,,sometimes i m fed up with days going teadiously..
