Suppose there is an offer for a lead that has $10 commission for a lead on some $15/mo service and the first 3 months are only $7.50 and there is a 14-day free trial. For every lead, I'm getting $10 credited to "New Commissions" in my transaction log, of which there have been 10 let's say. Today is the locking period, and all commissions are still marked as "New". I would have thought that some subscribers would have canceled within the 14-day free trial period. Even so, if they cancel after a month (only paying $7.50) they are still losing $2.50. So my question is, are these leads guaranteed no matter what? When do I get notified on which leads canceled so as to revoke my commission? I hope these "New Commissions" for the month of Feb-March will lock today, and once they are locked, I understand they cannot be modified by the advertiser right? As it's my first month and I don't know how payment, commissions, chargebacks, canceled leads, transaction modifications work, any insight from experienced CJers are much appreciated.
