Amn this is very bad language to use. On a busy forum like this.

Yeah that's why your reputation is red.

And by the way no one pays banned people. If they have been banned for click fraud. :D

Well, yeah...they're not going to pay you for fraud...

I'm going to call them tomorrow and get the answers straight from them. "Ray" from YPN already said that I'd still get paid, but I'm going to ask specifically if I got banned for having adult content. Then i'm going to ask if I can apply again.

Anyone who has been banned...did they tell you that you can apply again? "Ray" told me that I could, but I'm not sure how much he knows.

    Really? Interesting.

So I guess I can use the other YPN invite I received with no problems....

I'll call them and ask just to make sure....I just find it very discomforting that I asked them if I could run the ads on X site....and then I get banned for running the ads on X site.

    Unfair. :(

BTW, pancho, what did you get banned for? Int'l clicks? And when did the amount show up in your payment history? I know you didnt' receive your check until a month later, bu twhen did the amount show up?

Well, yeah, but where does it say that you don't get paid if you don't follow that ?

the TOS also says you can't have any non-US clicks.

    It's right in the TOS.

"We will determine the validity of traffic, clicks and impressions from Your Site and/or Your RSS Feed(s) and will calculate payment in our sole discretion, solely on the basis of the information we record or collect. We will not pay you for any amounts generated in violation of these Terms or a Policy."

Yeah I see. Well, I'm pretty sure that's referring to the generation of revenue through invalid clicks. All of my clicks are valid (even 100% U.S. traffic). It's just that I had an ad on the site that took you to some nudity. That ad didn't somehow inflate my Yahoo income.

Nonetheless, I'm gonna call them shortly to confirm.

Yes they require you to have all U.S. Traffic. It is not a ban if you are removed from the program, but a temporary suspension for to much International traffic. You may reapply when they open it up to everyone. This was straight from their YPN people.

has any one heard on a scheduled date to stop beta test and open to everyone, my email said i could get back in if i made after beta if i made nessessary changes to correct international traffic, does this mean that they are going to open up to u.s. publishers and still not to international publishers.

Theres usually never a set date when in beta. I think this international clicking business is getting old.
Yohoo should control this on their end and simply discount them not ban publishers from the beta for it.

Thats is generous, I was under the impression that banned users do not get pad. What a shame.

A shame that they get paid? They SHOULD get paid because, after all, it's the publisher's money...unless they cheated to get the clicks.
