I create some backlink, when these links take effect? is it the time when the link is cached by google? or is it the time when google access?

It starts the moment google knows about it. But older links count more. You know for sure a link is counted if it shows up in the google-cache.

But don`t depend on Google if you want to know what links they count. They will just show you a very few.

A good link or a few good links often affects the serps within 24-48 hours. So I think links are taken into account pretty quickly after they are found.

I don't know how that relates to cache dates though, I never tried to check that.

Backlinks would be effective if Google indexes or updates the backlinks

The time necessary for the link to take effect depends on each SE and the quality of the backlink in question.

From my experience, unless it is from a site with a high page rank, you won't notice the difference from day to day. However, if you continue to get backlinks over time, you will see your traffic start to increase for the keyphrases your links are assoicated with.

Actually it will take an effect when Google start to update back links.Much better if you link with a related site. Just continues to build more quality link for your site.

Most webmasters are aware, or can easily find out the last time their site was crawled. If you paid for links, you most likely can asked the webmaster the last crawl time and then can let you know.

Your cache can tell you alot about google. But the cache tell you when the google bot last visited your site. Once the google but visit your site, then any links it finds under your site may get reference in its database, thus showing up on google results pages. But, if you have a dynamic web site, you need to know of stop objects that can affect how a spider or google bot crawls your site. If you have any of the object that will affect the bot from crawling your site, then some or most of your pages will not be reference on any search engine. This can hurt your PR status can delay traffic to your site. If you need to know more try this Web Site Optimization, if you do not find the answer here at least you will be on the right track.

it should get indexed instantly, but a search for it may not be there for a few days.
