Connected in 1993 with a 1200kbps??? was f-ing slow and later that year a faster modem of 9600kbps? then of course later came the 56k.

I was on a Prodigy and was so excited about the idea of my being able to chat with a neighbor a few miles away. I bought a cheesy-down loadable game. Then I think that summer I switch to AOL as the "hype" was really on at that year.

    That prediction is right on:D

Got my first computer in 1992. It was a Tandy SX33 (33 mHz) with a 2400 baud modem. There was no "Internet" at that time where I live, the salesman gave me a telephone number for a local "Bulletin Board" and you could dial in and play games and download files.

(Some of the files were pictures of nekked boobs, and I always thought the "Download Police" were going to come after me for accidently downloading the pictures....)

That video just goes to show how evolved the internet really is. I first got on in 1999 I believe when they started becoming a little more popular in households.

Way back in 1997 on dial up connection. I'm using Netscape Navigator as a browser on Windows 95 because the interface is much cooler than Microsoft own Internet Explorer. :D

I vaguely remember the exact year as to when I had started using the internet, i guess around 2000.

This is how my internet cycle went:

    - 56 KBPS dial-up connection.
    - 512 KBPS Broadband
    -2 MBPS Broadband (Limited)
During this plan, i started doing webmaster stuffs and the bill which had to come Rs 250/- came to around Rs 4000/-. My Dad became furious lol.

    - 2 MBPS Unlimited (Till Date)

    Haha! Very Funny, ain't it?!
