    Paypal is mostly available to financially stable countries. This excludes most Asian and African countries

    You guys don't have exactly have a sound finacial structure so hey as to when it would be available i don't know, perhaps email them.

    However you can still open a paypal acc from within pak, put your location as US, Singapore etc, then on the other hand create say a freelancer.com account. Freelancer will issue you with a prepaid debit card. Using your non verified paypal acc you can transfer funds to freelancer and withdraw anywhere in the world. So long as the funds are small paypal won't suspect.

    Bet thats your best option

    In Pakistan there is no Cyber Crime Law that's why many peoples faces scam on internet.
    Because of this Paypal is not in Pakistan write now!

    In cyber world , Pakistan is a black listed company. It's only because of us . We are voilating policies ....... I am not expecting paypal in near future .............

    @jawadniazi Is right! Pakistan is a financially backward country with low banking developments.
    Maybe PayPal will come only if your govt. will do something to enhance your countries Financial status.
