When can I submit a "duplicate" thread?

    I post a thread in solication and announcement to announce my directory: http://directory.gtsee.com, but when I tried to announce another directory of mine: http://seo.gtsee.com which use different texts, the monderator put it as duplicate as previous one, and kept delete the thread and gave me infractions.

    So I want to know when I can announce my other directory after announcing the first one?

    But it's completely 2 different directories, one is from phpldlink, another is designed by myself using php script. One is human edited, another is auto approval.
