When Can I Post in The Domain and Buy/Sell sections?

Hi,

I'd like to know when I'll be able to post in the domain and buy/sell sections - I read the rules, and I seem to qualify...who do I need to get permission from, can someone help point me in the right direction?

You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges) or the Politics & Religion forum.
It can take up to an hour for your new permissions to be active.
