You are not ever permitted to create duplicate threads.

If you wish to promote a product or service, and your thread is buried, then put a link to it in your signature, buy a link from someone else, or promote it somewhere else.

Anyone with any sense can search the forums for relevant offers, find yours, and contact you regarding a deal.

Please read the quick reference thread:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=757045

    Duplicate Threads
Do not create more than one thread to promote your product or service (this includes modified titles or content that still refer to your same items). If you wish to draw attention to a "buried" thread, create a link to that thread in your personal signature. Duplicate threads will be deleted, and duplicate thread or spamming (5-point) infractions will be given.

As for different pricing / conditions, if they change significantly you can use the report post button to ask for the first to be closed so you can start a new one. But understand it's at the discretion of the moderators. Significant term changes would be one thing (like offering a different set of services, canceling some services but not others, or completely changing pricing structures), but we may not close it just for a simple price change (like someone lowering their BIN price repeatedly because no one's bidding).
