When can a newbie post in sites for sale??

Hello

Can someone tell me when a newbie to DP is able to post in the sites for sale part of this wonderful forum? Is it after a certain time frame or a certain number of posts?

You must at least 14 days old,maybe you need more then 35 posts,then you can post your thread on S/B/T section for business.I am waiting for that day for my account.Let's wait for that together
