I have a pretty new website with backlinks made about 2 days ago. When I try to find them throw backlink checkers they found 0 of them. So I have a question, how much time does it take for backlink to become really active and effective?
Google site:example.com/my-comment-page-link_or-directory-link.foobar where example.com would be the site name and (my-comment-page-link_or-directory-link) would be the page you commented on or submitted your site link to. foobar in this example is the page extension for it's native coding language, eg: .htm - .html - .asp - .php - .cfm ...ect make sure you check the canonical-link/permalink of the page not the site:example.com/my-comment-page-link_or-directory-link.foobar#my-comment-no-9999999+ element given that the #hash is a locater within the page and is not generally indexed by SE's. If you see the link page in google's results then it is live and if in a good neighbourhood with some pr should benefit your serp's campaign. You should consider the OBL (outbound back link) count on such pages though as to many could suggest a link farm scenario to googlebot's - something to think about to prevent your site from being penalized in google's index.
