    Could have a 'dying' sale of all your sites. Just trying to help. ;)


    Has anyone used the checked how long they live longer if they loose a few pounds? If I manage to loose 20 pounds, as indicated by changing the bmi, it only adds a year to my life. Is that worth cutting back on pizza and beer?

    I have always pondered that question.

    If I eat rice cakes, I can extend my life by 10 years (theoretical BS). But, if all I can eat is rice cakes, do I REALLY WANT to live ten years longer? The answer for me is no. You only get one life. Enjoy it for however long it lasts.
