When are you allowed to post new threads?

    I've been a member for over 7 days (8 days now) and have made over 10 Web site reviews. I thought that would be enough in order to get full priviliges to start posting new threads like in the "Services" section. Am I wrong?

    Somone please let me know what the procedure is and if I have to wait longer in order to get approved for posting my own threads. Also, if someone has the contact info of a mod or admin, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Reread the rules please.
