So what do we see? When Bush and Blair get under pressure with the utter utter desperation of the situation then they call for NATO to fully commit. Blair and Bush got us into this disaster, they are ultimately responsible for getting us out. When has Bush ever listened to anything Kofi Annan has ever said? He hasn't. But the s**t has hit the fan and they want Kofi/NATO to help them out of this disastrous situation.
