After you do work for a client, web design, coding, or just anything in general and they usually say something like "Thank you very much" and so on. Do you think you should just leave it at that or should you e-mail them back saying 'No Problem' (in a professional way)? I usually do the latter, but i do not know if my customers find that annoying or not. I don't think they do but i just wanted to know everyone else's opinion on this and what you do.
Definitely - Always respond back indicating it was a pleasure to work with them and you look forward to your next project with them. Repeat business is always easier to get than new business. Mac
It really depends on the client. It is usually good though to acknowledge them from time to time. For example I had this one client / friend who I helped out quite a bit with his website. He would always email me and say Thank you. Usually if it was the end of the week, I would say Glad to have helped - have a great weekend etc.
Same here. You should write back and tell them that you enjoyed working with them and look forward to helping them in the future. If their e-mail is particularly good, you could even mail them back asking if you could use their comment as a testimonial.
You should definitely reply (at the very least to acknowledge that you have received the email that they took the time to send unsolicited). In fact, I would tend to take it one step further. I would graciously thank them for their email, and then I would courteously ask if they would be willing to offer a testimonial for your Testimonials Page (and if you don't already have one, get one made!). Keep in mind that a Testimonials page will only be effective (credible) if your customers allow you to post their actual names and a link back to their live sites so that your site visitors can be assured that you didn't just make them up yourself. lol yeah thanks for the suggestions ill do that then. Glad to know i was doing the right thing at least.
Always. They took the time to say thank you so the least you could do is say "Your welcome. If you have any questions, etc..."
Always reponed back saying that it was nice working with them and hope to do bussiness in the future , it make's them know that help is always around the corner.
Keep in contact with the clients, you may never know they will be willing to give more work, at times they don't remember to speak up , checking your email they would contact you quick. you should write them you are "welcome to use our services, looking forward to a long term relationship with you. "
Well, I have seen on a tv a research for that. Ppl in a bar were ordering drinks, and there were 2 waitresse's. The 1st always responded niceliy, and repeated the orders. The 2nd responded to, maybe less nice, and did not repeat. The 1st waitress earned earned more tip's then the 2nd. So I'd say, respond to them.
You should reply, so that most likely they will remember your name. There's a good chance they'll ask you if you need any other service so just mention "And if you need anything else, feel free to ask! I also do ____" If this post was helpful please leave me a REP.
Tell them it was a pleasure doing business with them or something similar. I personally would never pass the opportunity.
