i have about 4 sites and each one on the first page of google for my keywords (i rank 1st 2nd 4th and 6th)... then some kid (found out he is 17 just googleing his website sends to his myspace profile) comes along and starts to spam it.... is there anything i can do? worst bit is he says my sites suck, and to go to his i then looked up his myspace and found this... http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=308942280 any way what can be done? he calls my sites some rather bad stuff...
LOL email Myspace and tell them you found a profile full of useless advertising and spam and see what happens. (Assuming he is spamming you.) From the profile: "Dear MySpace Staff: This profile does not break any T.O.S, If you delete this account, We will sue you for destruction of Freedom of speech. So be wary. Please send any complaints to my email before you go and start deleting or it could cost you big time." That is hilarious, I hope he has a good lawyer, because that's a case that he won't win.

I doubt the owner is doing that, the owners whatscene profile located at http://www.whatscene.com/lxz states this So the myspace is not his, It is someone else's. WhatScene is giving away $1000 to get people to promote, So of corse people are trying. And not to mention WhatScene is a pretty cool site from what I'm seeing so far. As for legal concerns, In the TOS of WhatScene.com it says they are not responsible for what they're users do. That gets WhatScene off the hook. And what exactly do you call spam? spam is something posted over and over (in the exact same place) in an annoying way.
well with a join date of jan 2008 and this been your first post i can see that theres a 99.9% chance your the admin, so i am going to give you a chance stop spamming my sites. and your email on the coder form leads me to your myspace, might want to change that.
