I found two tools that will give you a fair estimate on what your website valuue is. Neither of thease sites are mine I just use them to gat a fair estimate of the SEO effort and website value. http://www.sitevaluecheck.com/ and http://www.stimator.com/ I hope they help you out.
I think the first one I posted is the most accurate. My design site is $5,274 My Page rank site site is $6,224 Funny my pagerank 1 site gets more traffic and is worth more then my Pagerank 3 site.
I tried this one and it gave me a much higher price $8000 for my site. I think this one give you more credit for traffic. The first on I posted seams to me to be the most accurate. It seams to take into accound the SEM behind the site.
I have a more advance website value estimator script with a clean and unique design very accurate and always current PM for demo
Stop using stimator.com - it's crap - valued a website of mine at $2,432 - and the site makes $1,100 a month from adsense! sitevaluecheck.com values the same site at $140,376 - which is almost identical to the £138,000+ value from the now broken esitestats.com website
sitevaluecheck.com is very inaccurate, e.g it miscalculates pagerank, and the algorithm means that the alexa rank affects the value tremendously! stimator.com also very inaccurate, the values of sites are only frontal thus they do not consider potential sales of a site The only way to calculate a site's value accurately is to add the value of it's resources and the income it generates
$6,822 and $3852 for one of my site. $874 and $9499 for another site. websiteoutlook.com is more accurate?
websiteoutlook may undervalue by about 50% a large, aged site, but looks pretty accurate for newer sites These value checking sites seem to break often - one I use is now saying my primary site is worth $839,392 - I wish $133,000 is more like it - that's similar to what it was saying the site was worth a couple of weeks ago websiteoutlook.com is saying $20,000 + which is low for what the site is
