    Using my site in my email sig line,
    and linking my site from Ebay auctions.
    I also decided to try linking to my site in Yahoo Answers today, and so far I'm seeing some hits.

    Of course, SEO covers link building and link building covers article marketing. SEO is the only way that I think will bring in quality traffic that will pay for products.

    Depends on the nature of the website. If applicable... Myspace, Craigslist, Youtube are huge traffic generators. SEO & Blogs are key as well.

    What I love from SEO generated traffic is that most of them stays in my site for almost an hour :) I mean compared to my other source of traffic which stays in minutes and in seconds...
