It looks a lot better without the hyphen.... but since people are buying up all good .coms it´s very hard to find a good one..
Unhyphenated is the best. 1 hyphen is tolerable, but double hyphens is not something you want to try and go for.
It is rumoured that hyphenated domains have some SEO advantage over the non hyphenated domains but I don't think a hyphen makes a whole lot of difference in the rankings. The search engines can separate the keywords in the non hyphenated domain in the same way as they do in the hyphenated domain.
While search engine parse the text they use some wild card characters like _ , - which they can use as delimiter to seperate the words in the text. This is easier and straight-forward for the crawler so your page gets scanned faster by crawler. I can explain you in detail.
