    My rank is 48,026 and authority 108. I think it is only worth anything if you're one of the top 100 blogs.

    Technorati does pretty well for me. It may depend on what your tags are as to how much traffic you get from them.

    As for what it's good for? Many companies such as the pay per post type companies, review sites and text brokers base your payment on several factors, one of them being your Technorati score. So yeah, it can be financially rewarding to have a high Technorati score.

    yeah i get a bit of traffic from them too, a good score here would idicate that a lot of other bloggers have enjoyed your blog at some point and have linked to it (either in a post or via trackbacks etc)

    I've got one that is ranked 3,347.

    Honestly though, it makes no difference. Technorati used to be pretty cool, but it's just shite.
