These site calculator tools are never really accurate as it does not take into consideration the revenue made from the website. But I think its always fun to check these tools.

I'm selling my blogs and retiring

 

Hehehe i just created my site and its worth $124 sounds ok but this tool misses so many variables i.e. design, niche uniqueness, customer base, user base and so on

 

Any suggestions on what to change / improve with the site? Re: functionality, design, etc?

 

telling me my forum is worth $ 13,000 and my blog $ 14,000

The result is not true , it make you too happy to use this tool again

 

It may not be accurate (it told me my site is worth 1500 after only being launched for one month. If it is worth that much find me a buyer!), however it does give a good idea about the value of your site.

Nice idea here and a visually pleasing site. Keep tweaking the calculations to be a little more conservative but you will never please everyone

Awesome tool, I tried out a few of my sites. I am not sure if they are what I would call "the best" the price is (well I think) a little high for a pretty plain site.

Also just for kicks I tried Google and it said...

Which made me laugh. I don't know why it just did. lol...

Anyway your tool might need some tweeks in website value, but as for advertising and such, I think it is pretty good. Also I think it is smart putting your affilate links for things.
