$ 750 - your blog will remain PR5 for unspecified time. But why are you after the green-bar? Isn't it traffic on the blog thats most important? If it is so - I think natural PR is best. If you are thinking of selling links/blogpost - then nobody can guarantee (not even Google as it is run by bots/spiders or automated algorithm) the duration of PR that will remain for your blog as Google will some-how find the manipulation and punish you by striping your blog of its PR. But if you just love the green-bar and put on quality content on a regular basis - not sell blogposts/links excessively - your gren bar will remain the same. Good luck.
Its not all about the Green Bar.... Its about traffic as well... If I get a natural PR5 then my traffic will also get a boost...
