What's your opinion on Domain Renting?

I know this has been posted many times before, but I am simply collecting feedback because I may be able to accomodate a solution if there is a quality need for it.

Domain Renting is also known as leasing domains from other people.

We have already acknowledged the following:
    - There's obviously no market for it to be used for startups, or businesses because of the factor of they can be stolen.
    - Users can easily remove the domain from the service if it becomes very popular, etc.
    - People would potentially want hundreds of dollars for renting a domain.
    - Most of the market would be for campaigns, proxy networks, blogging networks, or collecting traffic from domains.
    - People can leave the service after they have received their payment.

If we had resolved all of the above problems to the highest standard possible, and the following below, would you be interested?

Would you even in the slightest be interested in a service that:
    - Let's you make the exact same income from a domain when it's not in rental
    - Make potentially more through the rental fees.
    - Let other users contact you, and rent domain automatically without having to do anything (except renew the domain, etc).
    - We do the nameserver process without having any access to your domain, using our technology infrastructure that keeps your domain alive all the time.
    - WHOIS is always kept to the original owner, so it is always owned by the same owner.
    - Condones an API where developers can use our infrastructure in their own web applications to utilize our network.
    - Payments would also be automatically paid through Check, PayPal, and other demanding services without request!

The purpose of this service is to 'set it and forget it' including your payments, renting, and other things. But, I don't want to know about my idea because I only have a very small portion of my business plan - but I would like to know if you was unsure about a business related to domain renting, would you use this 'service' that I have aforementioned?

We have spent a long time fixing all of the potential issues, and if you're seriously interested in such a business idea please let me know on any ideas or feedback you have. If the information you have is very sensitive please contact me through the forums and I'll happily respond to your query.

I won't reveal too much but we have a long time plan for this business and this final research will help us accomodate a better service. I'll be looking forward for your feedback.

    Thanks!
