Do you favour to buy old domains which are going to be deleted soon? These domains do have got a pr but since they are upto deletion there is no content at all.That means you will buy an old domain (like registered in 2000) already with some pr and then build up new content on it.So will this have any positive seo effect? Whats your opinion on this ??
i have had some older domains that do great in the serps and rank a day or two after adding new content which is nice but some times older domains dont do as well so i dunno if i got lucky or not.
I believe google knows when domain are switched, so this could make them on same playing field as new domains.. If you have a domain that has been in your name for a while with no content then put content they seem to do very well.
