I love this genre! I probably listen to it 44% of the time. ever seen any of them in concert? I saw Godsmack what seems like a decade ago
Back in the day, long before Metallica surcummed to the MAN. I could not tell you who opened for them at any of their concerts I went too. I was only there to see them.
My favorite was in 95 it was Suicidal Tendancies,Danzig(when Mother was Hot) and Metallica, snuck up front and was in the 3rd row for the entire show.
Wait, I remember that. I think I saw that at Mecca (the Mecca Auditorium in Milwaukee - not to be confused with that other Mecca). No, I think that was Ozzy.. Yeah, ST opened for OZ and I was not impressed.. Brings back memories though. Danzig was a good show though. Ironically I saw Danzig get KTFO over at liveleak recently. (obviously NSFDF) - Not Safe For Danzig Fans.
Not many prog fans out there...maybe because they don't know what it is or because it's too complicated...*shrug* It's pretty-much the only type of music that's left an impression upon me...where I demand more from other music.
Is it just me or does most music suck? I listen to 10 songs in my preferred genre(s), and only one is good to me. I've had to listen to a load of music to get my music collection. This why I don't listen to R&B (unless it's old), Rap or Country...because I find that listening to them takes me ages to find good shit.
In this moment i'm listening U2 - Beautiful Day. I like English Music, for me U2 are the best musical group. I like also Italian Music and Dance Music.
Hi all. I'm pretty new here and i'd like to hear what kind of music do you like/listen most!? I like a lot music genres, what i do not like is rap, RnB, hip-hop, opera and similar. Though i like techno most and my favorite band from quite recent is Bond-the 4 girls playing violins, you have to know them... Their most known album is Classified, they have also made a song for Aleksnader the Macedonian the Great! They are just awsome and so good looking also, you gota love'em! If you want their album classified or song PM me.
I mainly listen to - Indie Rock - Hard Rock - Soft Rock - British Rock - Punk - New-Wave Post 80's Punk - Metal - Jazz - Trip Hop (awesome genre, you should check it out if you like big beats and jazz) - Classical piano solos (for when I'm studying)
72 I was kidding. I based the idea off of a skit of a show that my daughter watches, Jack's Big Music Show - they had a speed polka segment and I was like, I gotta get me some of that!!
