My favorite blogging platform is Wix. Wix has all the features which will help you make money with your blog. It is also a lot easier to use than other platforms. I like Wix for blogging because it’s the easy route for owning your own blog. I can even say that it’s an easy runner up to WordPress for the best blog platform. If you come to the matter of templates, Wix’s are great looking. You can also customize them with a easy drag-and-drop editor. What about the blog manager? It is simple and intuitive. Best of all you have analytics and SEO built right into it. Do you want to add basic features like social tools, likes, comments, hashtags, categories, and subscriber forms to your blog? The platform enables you to do so easily. What about SEO? All the features in that regard are also easy to access. I’m talking about things like alt tags for your images, internal links, SEO titles and descriptions, and nofollow tags for external links. Of course, you’d want to share on Facebook, Twitter, and more. Wix blogs have a social media bar beneath each article for that. The last thing I would like to mention is an automatic email subscription feature.
No, it's the new default WordPress editor. That's just how they've named it. You can think of it as a page builder of sorts that's embedded within WordPress itself if it makes sense.
No doubt WordPress, especially once you are able to extend it with extra post types to make posting all kinds of content easier. The Gutenberg editor is a nice enhancement for web design, but as a rock solid content management system WordPress will always be best for fast content publishing.
I am using WordPress.org as my blogging platform. The CMS is completely free and user friendly. It is open-source and free to use. but you need web hosting to install and design. Another advantage is - the official theme repository is having more than 3,800 free WordPress themes and 57,343 plugins. The complete control of your own design. Coding skills are not required to design the site on this user-friendly platform. Gutenberg editor is the added advantage for this CMS.
Wix and Weebly are good ones to practice on. For my blog I just code it myself. It doesn't take much more time to learn basic coding than it does to figure out Wordpress in my opinion.
I'm using blogger.com/blogspot.com it's been good to me, even though wordpress on a self-hosted option is very good too
I saw your post regarding What's your favourite blogging platform? In my preference, there are only a few blogging platforms such as WordPress, Medium, Blogger, Tumbler and Wix.
I would like something different, less leaky, just as flexible, but unfortunately it's still WordPress.
WordPress is definitely the easiest one for this, but sometimes I write in custom-made CMSs that have platforms similar to WordPress and where entering data is pretty easy.
Wordpress.org is the best, and of course you can find or make your own plugins or themes so easily if you have php knowledge. I recommend it above others blogging plataforms. If you want a free plugin to design your website without knowledge: Elementor Want to improve your seo without knowledge?: Yoast SEO (just in everypage, try to put custom data in search appareance it will help your seo a lot) Want a full shop without knowledge?: Woocommerce So, Wordpress wins always I have used medium or blogger, but have limits on what you can do.
I run my company's blog on the WordPress platform. This is one of the simplest and most functional platforms.
I have the same question. There is also a TikTok which has become very popular! And what about YouTube? Of course, this platform has many advantages and disadvantages. For example, I recently noticed that I can't see how long a YouTube Playlist is. I found the answer to the question and I can say with confidence that YouTube is a very high quality platform for blogging.
