What's your Domaining goals for 2011?

    Personally, my main goals are:

    - Lowering my domains portfolio (make sales).
    - Develop at least 5 lucrative domain names.
    - Acquire high quality domain names, at least 1 or 2. ($10.000+ ea budget)
    - Design my blog that i recently acquired (the one on my signature) and post quality and daily articles about domaining, internet business and random stuff.

Share your goals and resolutions, it would be interesting to know what are you guys into :)

PS: Please post your domaining goals only. This is not your 2011 resolutions thread, We don't care if you want to lose weight, quit smoking or have a baby in 2011. Keep it relevant to the domain names business.

    Well, here are my goals:

    - Buy less domains (it's coasting me a bit)
    - Sell my portfolio of domains (atleast 2-4, I would be happy)
    - Do better SEO on the domains I do run

Those are my main goal resolutions I want to accomplish.

One of the keys is to make a plan with realistic goals and measurable. By defining measurable objectives for the month or quarter, you can easily check-in along the way and make sure that you are going. Without measurable objectives, could be reached in December of next year and may be scratching your head wondering where the years go by!

Mine is to raise my prices for domains a little bit. And to have a better idea of where the money comes and goes. It comes a little less frequently than it goes, and when renewal time comes it puts me in a difficult position.

    - More liquidity in selling and buying domain names. (So I'll sell them cheaper, but buy more in the process)
    - Develop Neptuni.com - New Domain MarketPlace.. (hint hint: http://www.sapphiro.com/neptuni_new.jpg)
    - Buy a new domain name using my real name and develop it into a blog for teaching domaining tips, some design and random stuff as well. :D
    - Maybe develop Ambeon.com to showcase my domain names.

I want to sell my complete portfolio keeping just domains I plan to develop. The old-school domaining business becomes less and less profitable.

Can you elaborate more on "the old school domaining" ? I don't know whats old school domaining is, I can still see domains sold for a good amount of money.
