What's your Content Network CTR

I recently started a Adwords content network only campaign. It has been live for 2 days. I have so far received around 6500 impressions with a CTR of 0.13%. So i have got some 9 clicks. I see the conversion at 1 in 9 clicks. Now I think if I get more number of clicks I can really test how the campaign is turning out for me. Will increasing the daily budget increase the impressions and thus the clicks I receive ?

I had similar problems with the content network only campaign.

I raised the daily budget to $1000 and still no difference.

I dropped the content network/placement targeting only campaigned and turned to search network + content network campaign.

Right now, I have 1.17% CTR for Search and 0.15% CTR for the content network.

% Served Clicks Impr. CTR Cost Conv. Rate Cost/Conv

    Content 92.2% 126 80,040 0.15% $31.82 19.84% ( 25 ) $1.27

    Search 7.8% 80 6,785 1.17% $20.79 20.00% ( 16 ) $1.30

0.13% IS bad, lower the CTR more you have to pay for keywords. So I don't think that CTR even less than 1 is good.

Make creative ads, so people will click on them and raise your CTR
