    I have my eye on one site atm, the owner is selling the site for only £1000 and i know i can flip the site for 5x as much if i wanted to.

    This domain is a big name and i know i can achieve big sums for it. :p

    Well why don't you go ahead and buy it then before somebody else does? If it's a sure investment for you, I would go for it asap.
