Whats your average CPM rate from the ad networks you use?

    Hey all, what CPM rates do you get on average? Can you post in this format:


    Ad company name
    Ad type (popunder, banner, banner size ect)
    Average CPM Rate
    Active category you site falls under (blog, cars, etc..)


    I am sure that similar posts have been posted before, but I am looking for some up to date info.

    I would also recommend using the search.

    Two good ones is VCM and Casale.
