My rate seems to be between 7 and 8% and this month is turning out the same way and I'm happy with that figure.
Nice to know the conversion ratio which everyone is receiving here. I was just wondering if we can we sell "Services" on Amazon? Let me know if anyone is aware about the same?
Just to know how many website you have with how many products on each. Are you doing back linking and unique content written for Amazon Products?
That's all from two sites that I've not done any backlinking to and one of them barely has any content at all but what it does have is unique. I target products that no one else wants to promote, ping them, stumble them, and then add content once every two weeks.
How old your site and how many products you have it in one site, are you getting constant traffic. Just wired how come Google rank if you have duplicate content. For Google it still remain a thin affiliate site right. Are you adding products manually or using any plug-in.
Your approach is certainly working and using sites like Pingler and Pinterest helps your stuff get noticed quicker by the search engines.
Ended the month with 30.81% as my conversion rate according to associates central with 314 items shipped.
Conversion rates with Amazon goes up with Internet marketing experience. If an Internet marketer could see a positive change in his conversion then it only shows that he had worked hard.
My conversion rate has dropped from between 7 - 8% to just above 6% in the past couple of weeks, so I'm not to chuffed about that.
Another good thing about Amazon is that it has a high percentage of repeat visitors or buyers. Hence the conversion rate may vary from time to time.
Amazon site get 9-13% conversion, but i noticed that last 3 months as i started to get more traffic conversion % droped a bit (was 11-15%) and generaly doubled profit.
