No it's quite a guess, i've seen two sites one with double the alexa rank and actually MORE traffic. It's juts people with the plugin on their browser I think that record a hit

Our filehost has just gone sub 100k @ 78,321 it is only to be seen as a fun indicator but we are heading in the right direction so i am pleased but my next target is sub 50k.
I agree I have 787K on one site and 3mill on another site, both have approximatly the same amount of traffic, I also have 1mill on another site that is getting 10x the traffic the other two are. It really doesn't mean much.
