    And one of my other site with less traffic and no pr has a rank of 501,385

    Can u explain this?

    Alexa rank is utter bull, my traffic has been increasing while my Alexa rank has been getting worse. The annoying thing is that a lot of people still value it and use it as a guide to who they should exchange links with.

    for Link exchange you have to use Google PR not Alexa, people shouldn't be using Alexa to gauge a sites link juice.
